After spending some time in my word this morning, I am ever convinced that society has put parameters on our thinking. This may or may not be intentionally but God is here to break those parameters off of our minds. God is able to show us in His word what He has done and can still do even today. Many times we think, oh that was then. However Gods word reminds us that the God we serve is the same yesterday, today, and forevermore. No longer will I be bound by societies thinking. My mind has been renewed and is grounded on Gods word. So many things I desire in my heart that I have given to God. I believe they will come to pass in Gods perfect timing. One of my hearts desires is to be a mother. I believe that God has already answered my prayer. I am just thankfully waiting for the manifestation in the natural. In my waiting I build my faith up by staying in the word. This passage of scripture just took me to a whole different level in my faith.

Genesis 11:10-26 NIV
[10] This is the account of Shem’s family line. Two years after the flood, when Shem was 100 years old, he became the father of Arphaxad. [11] And after he became the father of Arphaxad, Shem lived 500 years and had other sons and daughters. [12] When Arphaxad had lived 35 years, he became the father of Shelah. [13] And after he became the father of Shelah, Arphaxad lived 403 years and had other sons and daughters. [14] When Shelah had lived 30 years, he became the father of Eber. [15] And after he became the father of Eber, Shelah lived 403 years and had other sons and daughters. [16] When Eber had lived 34 years, he became the father of Peleg. [17] And after he became the father of Peleg, Eber lived 430 years and had other sons and daughters. [18] When Peleg had lived 30 years, he became the father of Reu. [19] And after he became the father of Reu, Peleg lived 209 years and had other sons and daughters. [20] When Reu had lived 32 years, he became the father of Serug. [21] And after he became the father of Serug, Reu lived 207 years and had other sons and daughters. [22] When Serug had lived 30 years, he became the father of Nahor. [23] And after he became the father of Nahor, Serug lived 200 years and had other sons and daughters. [24] When Nahor had lived 29 years, he became the father of Terah. [25] And after he became the father of Terah, Nahor lived 119 years and had other sons and daughters. [26] 26 After Terah had lived 70 years, he became the father of Abram, Nahor and Haran. What a passage of encouragement. Look at the ages of these men and God answered their prayer. God gave them children beyond the “so called time” that society locks us into. I am free this day from the “age timeline” society embeds in our minds. If God did it for them then He can do it again. Same God back then, Same God right now. My age has nothing to do with it. Whenever God grants me with children He will see fit for me to live out my long life by their side. I declare this day I shall see my children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and their children’s children’s. I believe in God and I believe in His word. When God says it that settles it! Whatever your hearts desire is don’t loose faith, build yourself up in Gods word, and watch it come to pass.
