My first attempt at perm rods. Not to shabby if I must say so myself 😄. I co-washed my hair with Haute’s Coconut Co-Wash. I then deep conditioned with Carols Daughter’s Monoi Repair Mask. Once I finished deep conditioning I used Dark and Lovelys Root to Tip Mender this is a leave in treatment. I followed with my favorite moisturizer Lotta Body Coconut Shea Oils to set my hair for the style I used Motions Foaming Lotion on each section as I set them in rollers. I used about 24 purple perm rods. I let them air dry throughout the day and overnight. I took them out the following day using Doves Dry African Macadamia Oil. That’s about it for this style to my surprise it was quick and easy. What do you think? If you have any tips on making this an even easier style feel free to leave a comment below. Love you all 😄
