Since I did my blow dry and flat iron at home myself. My hair is still silky and smooth from using the Tressemme Keratin 7 Day Smooth Treatment. I did not have to apply anymore heat throughout the week. I simple pin curled the ends and put on my stain bonnet at night. To be honest I was not faithful in doing this every night however my hair did well. Later this week I will be washing my hair and trying the beer rinse.
