John 8:36 NKJV
[36] Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.
You are free indeed. No need to allow your mind to play tricks on you. Be reminded you have the mind of Christ. Christ only thinks the best of you and knows that you are capable to achieve far beyond your imagination.
It’s so easy to get caught up in the things if the world. Things that are attracting us on a daily basis from Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and even blogs. These things can distract us from what God has for us and implants the ideas of comparison. Comparing our lives to others and what we have or don’t have.
Nothing compares to the daily reminder of sitting at the feet of Jesus and allowing Him to fill us. Fill us with more of Him and more of His word.
My daily prayer is that in a world with so many voices I ask that His voice would be the loudest of all.
Thus reminding me that I am free! Free from comparison, free from doubt, and free from distractions.
Most importantly I am free from people and their ideas, opinions, or perspectives that cause me to doubt who I am in God.
