To say this Weekend was awesome would be an understatement. This Weekend was phenomenal. There is nothing like your quiet prayers being answered.
For starters, I was given the opportunity to play bartender for mock-tails at my churches marriage ministry. I had such a fun time I made sure everyone laughed and enjoyed their mocktail. I might have to become a Mocktail Bandit when the real Cocktail Bandits need a break (if you don’t know who they are hit that link.) Check me out serving up Mocktails and laughs
After a night of laughs, I woke up that next morning and headed to Morning Glory! An awesome time of prayer and workshops. Happy to say I led our Zumba clas and the ladies were able to keep up. I’m known for keeping things moving and grooving.
That session was nothing but fun for me. I totally enjoyed dancing and escaping into my moves.
I rushed out those doors to head home and do a quick outfit change for my Gals That Brunch Charleston meetup.
This was our New Years Brunch meetup and oh my little heart was left so full. I’m so blessed to be able to bring women from all different backgrounds together to brunch, bond, and build together.
Did I mention we brunched at Toast Of Summerville and their food was so good. If you’re in Charleston you’ve got to go there.
So that wrapped up my Saturday because after brunch I crashed hard.
Sunday morning I fellowship at my church Lord Of The Harvest and as always service was awesome. If you’re in Charleston or if you ever visit I personally invite you to be my guest.
Social media is a great way to connect and build bonds virtually with many different people. I’ve had the opportunity to meet some amazing women and that I did after church. I finally got to link up local blogger The Pamela Renee after supporting each other virtually it was a pleasure to be in her presence. We hit up the Charleston Food Truck Festival and had a blast.
Not surprised at all that I ran into my blogger boo Life Of An Angell and the Karmen Copy
I mean us bloggers only know the most happening events in our area. Overall I left the festival full and happy to finally link up with my girl Pamela.
For my final stop Of weekend fun. I linked up with my fellow contestants of The Leading Lady Pageant here in Charleston for our group interview.
This pageant has given me new sisters, business partners, and friends. We are all in it together and whoever wins means we all win.
Well, that’s a wrap my weekend was simply phenomenal. Let’s set this week on fire and know that you are not alone. You have an entire team of people supporting you. That’s been my takeaway from this weekend. In those moments I feel alone I know God answered my prayers and gave me a tribe of women in it with me.
looks like a lot of fun!
Your weekend was jam packed! I need to make my way out to one of your zumba sessions one day. Will keep my eyes out for the next one.
Yes, it was full girl! I look forward to having you on the dance floor with me!! Have a great week xoxo
