If I were to simplify my life’s desire it would be to focus on God, my goals, and my growth. However, we know life gets in the way and we get off track and lose sight of these three main things that make life beautiful. Well, for those of us that need the extra push to keep going or women to draw out our greatness then The Goals Slayers Tribe is where you need to be! This years God, Goals, and Growth Conference left me full, fired up, and ready to no longer settle for less than! I’m grateful to have been a guest speaker and moderator.

The God, Goals, & Growth Conference falls under the umbrella of The Goal Slayers Tribe which is led and ran by Charlenia Snider and Tyra Berry. Two powerhouse women who have clearly learned what it takes to keep these three things first and foremost to create the life they want. The Goal Slayers Tribe is “a space for kingdom woman to thrive” through morning prayer groups, master mind classes, outings, and yearly conferences. The Goal Slayers Tribe provides a place for woman like you and me to grow into our full potential in Christ!

The God, Goals, & Growth Conference main goal is “to impact, empower, and promote healthy relationships among aspiring and seasoned women in business while seeking to promote growth in God’s Kingdom through inspiration, business strategies, and resources.” It was three day conference filled with speakers, panel discussions, and more.

It kicked off Thursday night with a fireside chat. This fireside chat was filled with powerful women getting to know one another in an intimate setting. The next two days were composed with panels and speakers from all walks of life. I would like to submit that the conference did just what it intended to do and then some! Charlenia and Tyra delivered to the fullest! Each session was more than just your average sit back and take notes. No! it was sit back, get full, tap in, and walk away transformed. There were so many countless takeaways from each session.

I would be here all day trying to recap just how much I walked away with. Instead I am going to leave you with a few nuggets that I pray encourages and empowers you as they did me.

• In this 9th month it’s your birthing season!
• You cannot afford to abort the mission God has given you
• In the midst of pain we must push!
• Your business is your ministry
• Your business is your avenue to serve God in the gift that He has given you
• Your settling season is over!
• Where you sit determines what you see
• Fix up your heart, your attitude, and your appearance

These are just a few points that even on their own they pack a punch! Take time to re read each and let it marinate in your spirit. Allow God to speak through you and apply it as needed.
